Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Eligibility

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items

- Change of mind after delivery (personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons)
