Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Eligibility

  • You receive an incorrect product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details
  • Change of mind after delivery (personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons)
